Frequency:   5 classes are held every week
Equipment:  Please bring your own mat
                  Blocks and belts are provided

                 Asana development
                 Public classes will include specific programme series from time to time to work on targeted areas such as hips, shoulders, abs and thighs

The public classes are great fun and should not be intmidating to anyone. All public classes are held in Singapore.

Kate’s teaching style is a fusion of:

* traditional Hatha;
* Vinysa flow; and
* Iyengar.

Practices are designed to build both strength and flexibility – neither one at the expense of the other. By opening targeted areas of the body Kate strives to create ‘space’ and freedom within the body, which results in the entire body being energised and invigorated.

Kate teaches a range of:

* public classes for beginners;
* public classes for intermediate and advanced students;
* private classes (including private instruction for any level);
* corporate classes; and
* meditation and pranayama.

Even Kate's public classes are kept small so that each student is given plenty of guidance. Kate believes that yoga is a personal experience and by keeping classes small, she ensures that she can keep an eye on your yoga development.

The majority of classes focus on poses or asanas but Kate is also happy to lead meditation and pranayama classes. Click on the links above to find out more.
